Children’s Day Gift Giving Charity Program June 1st at Thinh Dai Pagoda, Ha Nam

On the occasion of Children’s Day June 1, on May 27, 2017, La Thanh Guest House Youth Union organized a special volunteer program to give gifts to children and lonely elderly people at Thinh Pagoda. Dai, Dai Cuong commune, Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province. The program had the participation of comrade Nguyen Lan Huong, Deputy Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of La Thanh Guest House Trade Union. This is an activity imbued with the spirit of kindness and meaning for the youth union members of La Thanh Guest House.

Organizing a Volunteer Program

Program Objectives

The volunteer program was organized to bring joy and love sharing to lonely children and elderly people at Thinh Dai Pagoda. This is also an opportunity for youth union members of La Thanh Guest House to demonstrate the spirit of solidarity, social responsibility and compassion for the community.

Preparation process

Before the program took place, the La Thanh Guest House grassroots delegation had carefully prepared. Members of the delegation called for support from sponsors, staff and employees of La Thanh Guest House to be able to prepare meaningful gifts for children and the elderly.

Activities at Thinh Dai Pagoda

On May 27, 2017, the volunteer group was present at Thinh Dai Pagoda. The program begins with interactive and fun activities with the children. The children participated in many interesting games, received gifts and enjoyed a joyful and meaningful Children’s Day together.

Participation of La Thanh Guest House Leaders

In particular, the program had the participation of comrade Nguyen Lan Huong, Deputy Director, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of La Thanh Guest House Trade Union.
